Returns

At Social Fabric, our brand is based on doing the hard work for you and ensuring a great fit the first time around! However, we understand that sometimes the items are not quite right, for whatever reason!

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase (and we want you to come back!), so we offer full refunds, exchange, or store credit, if the garment is returned within 14 days of purchase, meeting our strict returns criteria (outlined below).

Please follow these steps to return an item for a full refund, exchange, or store credit:

  1. Please complete and include the Returns Slip when returning your item (this slip was included in your original parcel, if you have misplaced it, do not stress, email us as hello@socialfabricclothing.com.au and we will send you another copy).
  2. Simply send the item/s back (at your cost) within 14 days of the item being received. To save you cost, feel free to re-use your original post satchel. The second sticky tab on our Hero Packages allow for re-use. 
  3. Please review our “Returns Criteria” below, and ensure you meet these criteria and then post the garment to:

  • All items returned must be in their original condition with all labels and tags attached.
  • Any items that have been worn will be ineligible.
  • Any items that are stained/marked/ smell of perfume or odours of any kind will not be accepted.

Provided your item/s is returned within the strict return policy guidelines outlined above, we will aim to process the return within 2 business days of receiving them.

If the item/s returned do not meet our Returns Criteria, they will be returned to you as "Return to Sender."

Please note that earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned due to health requirements.

Faulty Items

In the rare chance you find a fault with your item on receiving it, please contact us at hello@socialfabricclothing.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item with a photograph of the fault. We will discuss with you the best options for resolving this issue. These options will include either a store credit (no expiry), exchange or a full refund.

Sale Items:
ALL items on sale are FINAL SALE. 
  • Items bought using sale related discount codes using the word SALE (i.e. WINTERSALE, SUMMERSALE) are a final sale.
  • Items from our sale section are final sale. 
  • Items bought using an automatic site wide discount code, are a final sale.
  • If the items were purchased in any of the above circumstances, no store credit, refund or exchange will be offered for sale items, so please choose carefully.
  • All sale items returned to the store, will be sent "return to sender" at your cost.
