The Waist is a Flat Lay Measurement with the garment pulled taught, and measured side seam to side seam.  Two waist measurements are provided, un stretched and stretched. Length is measured from top of the waistline to the to ankle hemline.

100% Rayon. Wash separately. Cool gentle machine wash. Rinse well. Do not soak or bleach. Do not tumble dry. Drip dry in shade. Cool iron on reverse side. Can be dry cleaned.
